What we do
Welcome to Green Thread ADHD coaching where our aim is to provide support that enables you to thrive with your unique neurodivergent brain.
We will work with you to develop personalised strategies around any challenges you are experiencing, whether they be in the workplace, your relationships, or life in general.
Perhaps you are struggling with emotional regulation, planning, organisation or impulsivity? Maybe you need an accountability partner, or a safe space to work through your diagnosis and what it means for you; processing your past and moving positively to the future armed with tools to improve coping mechanisms and develop effective self-awareness.

A formal ADHD diagnosis is not required to access coaching;
-
You may suspect, or someone else may have suggested, that you have ADHD traits which are impacting your day to day functioning.
-
You may be waiting for assessment, or considering assessment, and looking for some further understanding about ADHD along with some practical strategies to work with your traits, not against them.
-
You may be a partner, or family member, or even an employer, or manager of someone with ADHD, or suspected ADHD, and want to understand more about it and how to support them.
Say hello and get in touch for a no obligation discovery call to see if we can offer some support.
Support
Coaching can support you to understand your unique brain; by supporting you to understand more about neurodiversity and your own ADHD presentation and challenges, we can work together to provide you with the tools to support you on your journey to understand, accept and thrive.
Empower
Coaching will empower you by giving you confidence and control over your own life. We do this by enabling you to understand the impact, challenges, and positives, that your neurodiversity brings; empowering you to reach your full potential
Thrive
At Green Thread ADHD Coaching, we want you to thrive with your neurodiversity, rather than masking or fighting against it.

We will work with you, enabling you to understand how to leverage the strengths your neurodiversity brings and empowering you with tools and techniques to enable you to thrive.
About your Coach
My name is Liz and I have both personal and career experience with neurodiversity. I am well aware of the challenges that ADHD can bring, particularly the combination of relief, joy and grief that may come with diagnosis, particularly a delayed one.

I am currently undertaking the Professional ADHD Coaching Diploma with the ADHD Foundation, I am an associate member of the Universal Coaching Alliance (UCA) and I am subscribed to the DBS update service. In addition, I have over 30 years experience in health and social care as a registered nurse and a senior leader, and I bring this to my coaching practice where I aim to support you to identify your goals and empower you with a range of tools to enable you to unlock your potential and thrive.

I am particularly interested in supporting women who have received their diagnosis (or reached the suspicion that they have ADHD) as an adult and who may be working in a leadership position, however I welcome all genders and backgrounds. I am currently open for new clients aged 18 and over.
